Aroma:  fresh fruity aromas of green apple, herbaceous with light strokes of olive leaf and a great flavour of fresh olives.
Tasting notes:  an Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a medium fruity taste on the palate. It is soft, green and balanced where the bitter and spice meets and conveys and elegance and softness.
Variety of olives:  Galega and Combrancosa olives
Acidity:  0.3%

Aroma: Pleasant fruity aroma of fresh green apples with a well rounded nutty palate and an agreeable peppery finish.
Taste:  A balanced and fruity flavour from lightly Sweet and ripened olives with an herbaceous medium intensity. In the palate it tastes soft, green and fruity. The bitter and the spice are perfectly balanced and the sweet sensation conveys elegance and softness. It is a very well balanced Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Ideal for: Sauteing, salads, fruit, fish, pastas, lamb, pork and various other meats. Perfect to blend with a fine balsamic vinegar to consume with bread and cheese.
Variety of Olives:  Galega and Combrancosa
Olive Groves: 600 hectares under the intensive system of smaller planting distances used in the new plantations, resulting in medium size trees more adapted to mechanical harvesting. The production system used is integrated production, which is based on more environmentally sustainable growing practices, and the use of fauna to assist in the control of pests and diseases that may affect the olive trees.
